I am passionate about relational approaches. Often, we struggle to be fully genuine without any reservations. We put up presentations that help us maintain interpersonal relationships and navigate the difficulties that life throws at us. I use CBT, mindfulness, and other techniques in order to tailor treatments that best fit each individual. Together, we'll work on self-esteem, emotional regulations, coping skills, interpersonal boundaries, and many other aspects of life. Having grown up in Taiwan, I'm highly attuned to multicultural contexts. I offer session in both English and Mandarin (接受中文諮商)
